Shipping and Returns

At Aeltera we understand the importance of a seamless shopping experience, which is why we have implemented a shipping and return policy that ensures your satisfaction.

Shipping

We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Our standard delivery time is within 14 days guaranteed through our partnered shipping carriers but some products have delivery times within 5, 7, or 10 days. Please note that this timeframe is dependent on product's stock availability and orders may be re-routed to a different warehouse location for fulfillment which might take a little longer.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your package and estimate its arrival.

For international orders, please be aware that customs and import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential fees.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Aeltera. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at sos.aeltera@outlook.com  with your order details. A rep will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label, if applicable.

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately at sos.aeltera@outlook.com We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the availability of the product.
